Ground-up structural design utilizing concrete flat plate, column and shear wall structural system. The location of the site created multiple engineering and coordination challenges with it being tightly sandwiched between the 7 and G subway lines.
Ground-up structural design utilizing flat plate concrete slabs, columns and shear wall system. Multi-story tall sloped concrete columns which are exposed to view create an aggressive look for the building making it stand out from its neighbors. Walking columns and transfer walls were used to meet the parking requirements of the two cellar floors.

Ground-up structural design utilizing an innovative design consisting of a 6-story tall transfer structure which spans the entire width of the tower onto two separate pedestal buildings. Structural steel shapes encased in concrete were utilized to achieve the striking design of the truss, with flat plate concrete construction making up the rest of the building
