Ground-up structural design of a reinforced flat-plate concrete superstructure with reinforced concrete columns and shear walls. An 18″ thick transfer slab was utilized at the 9th floor to accommodate architectural layout requirements. Results: 11-Story 70-Unit Mixed-Use Building. 88,000 SF. 80, 925 SF of residential space, 4,633 SF retail space. 2,500 SF outdoor recreation space, 12,000 SF private outdoor courtyard, private balconies, 38-car garage bicycle parking and attended lobby.
