| Vibrators for
driving and extraction have been in use since the late 50s. In the initial phase
electrically driven machines were used, but nowadays the hydraulically driven axial piston
motor predominates. The advantages of vibration technology lie in its versatality of
application ie. free riding, excavator-mounted, guided at a leader, or with corresponding
pre-tension for bevel-driving. Vibration technology delivers a well balanced performance
at a low noise level. Key
advantages of Muller vibrators
Designed for maximum loadability
Specific solutions for individual requirements
Quality that meets the most exacting demands
Sensitive frequency adjustment and equipment monitoring in all operational conditions by a
programmable controller (SPS control)

excavator mounted vibratory hammers The vibro hammers are run by the excavator's on board hydraulic
system. By means of a special pressure head additional pressure can be applied to the
vibratory hammer via the excavator boom, thus appreciably boosting pile driving
performance.
Advantages :
Appreciably increased driving
performance due to the special pressure head
For operation and control only the ' bucket tip section is required '
The vibro hammers are equipped with the safety circuit
Automatic clamp adjustment
Extremely low height
High pulling force
Turnable clamping device |
