Vm type
Multi-purpose cursher
 
A universal, single unit, fully 360c roatatble 'pulling-down' machine (inheriting the Vp/Vs features and functions) capable of a wide variety of jobs form reinforcing bar separation/collection (including pulling-down work) through crushing into pebbles, allows for horizontal, vertical or oblique operability. The Vm22 'long cutter' (cutter lenght:360mm) specification is optionally available.
 

     

 
VP type
Primary crusher

A lighter, more compact unit is realized through use of a high-tention cast steel frame, a Swedish steel arm and high output trunnion-mounting cylinders. The freely 360c rotatable primary-blasting (Boulder) crusher places no burden on the hydraulic shovel, and offers superbly powerful, speedy performance - the highest crushing ability of this class - as well a large opening width
 

      

 
Active Magnet
 
With this device added to the Vs-type secondary-blasting (Pebble) crusher, a truly superb machine with the highest degree of workability, especially as a recycling-plant dedicated crusher is created. This single Vs w/Active Magent unit offers greatly upgraded operational efficiency over an extra-wide functional range from crushing rocks into pebbles, reinforcing bar collection through loading of the bars. An optional frame-incorporated 'Active Magnet' is available for pulling-down work.
   

         

 
VS type
Secondary crusher

An 'intelligent' secondary-blasting (Pebble) crusher combining the greatest crushing ability of this class with a large opening width and Furukawa's original center tool, along with adoption of a box structure frame and high output trunnion-mounting cylinders have led to realization of a lighter, sturdier and more compact unit that offers unrivalled performance for such tasks as effortlessly crushing rock into pebbles and separation/collection of reinforcing bars.
